Welcome to Kameeldoring Co Za (PTY) Ltd, t/a Kameeldoring.co.za.  

1. Overview 

This website is operated by Kameeldoring co Za (PTY) Ltd, t/a Kameeldoring.co.za. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kameeldoring.co.za. Kameeldoring.co.za offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 
 
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 
 
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 
 
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

2. Products & Availability 

We offer a range of braai & firewood, and braai-related products. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.  We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur. 

3. Orders & Payment 

  • Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard or direct EFT. Payment must be made in full at checkout through our service provider, Payfast.  Note you will be redirected to Payfast’s secure website through which payment will be affected. We do not have access to any of your banking details whatsoever. 
  • Payment on Delivery. Please note that we do not accept cash but each vehicle has a Capitec card machine for debit / credit card payments. Full payment must be made prior to delivery staff unloading your order. 
  • Prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues or suspected fraud, or residing outside our delivery area). 

4. Delivery 

  • We deliver to specific areas within South Africa. We currently only deliver in the Southern Suburbs, From Simons Town, right through to Cape Town CBD, around into the Atlantic Seaboard, incl. Hout Bay, and from Pinelands to Athlone, to Strandfontein. 
  • Normal, priority, and after hour (surcharge applies) delivery options are available, depending on your location. 
  • While we aim to deliver on the selected date, delays due to weather, high demand, or logistics may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases. 

5. Priority and After hour Delivery 

  • Inclusive of stacking. 
  • It’s your responsibility to ensure clear, safe access to the stacking area. 
  • We are not liable for any damage caused due to poor access or unsafe stacking locations. 
  • A surcharge of R250-00 is charged for after hour deliveries, Monday to Friday, between 17:30 and 20:00. Saturdays from 13:00 to 17:00. 

6. Refunds & Returns 

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for detailed information. In summary: 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products. 
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. 
  • Refunds will be processed via EFT once the return has been inspected and approved. 
  • Transport cost for clients account 

7. Gift Cards 

  • Gift cards are valid for use on our online store only. 
  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

8. Promotions & Discount Codes 

  • Discounts and promo codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. 
  • Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively. 

9. Intellectual Property 

We own the intellectual property rights in of our website, www.kameeldoring.co.za and all products, and you may not use those rights without our permission. We may have you prosecuted for any violations of our proprietary rights. 

10. Privacy 

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is collected and used. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

While we do our best to ensure a smooth experience, Kameeldoring.co.za is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. 

12. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts within South Africa.
